Allseating Warranty: 

Allseating’s warranty is to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of Purchase must be provided. Allseating will repair or replace only necessary components, at its discretion, without charge to the original customer during the warranty schedule. Please note that labor/service charges are not included under warranty coverage. It is at the discretion of Allseating. Allseating provides a lifetime warranty on all chair models except Zip™, Vitesse, Tis and Stop™. The lifetime warranty covers all chair components under normal use; 8 hours per day, 5 days a week with a weight capacity of maximum 325lbs except for those components listed below. The following components are warranted for 5 years: pneumatic cylinders, foam, thermoplastics and urethanes. Note: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse, customer products or COM/COL fabrics.

Allseating Policies:

Order Cancellation: All orders are considered firm and not subject to cancellation without our documented approval. Cancellation charges will be assessed based on processing expenses. A cancellation charge of 25% (minimum) is applicable after an order goes into production.

Shipping Policies: Most Orders can ship via FedEx or UPS Ground. Nowseating reserves the right to use its own or commercial carriers for the “best way” to ship, at its sole discretion. Normal freight delivery is dock to dock. Special requests such as a lift gate or inside delivery are subject to additional charges. All additional charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Signing for a shipment without noting damage or deficiencies absolves Nowseating of further responsibility and a freight claim will have to be made by the customer.
