Delivery/Shipping Instructions: 

When the items are delivered it is the customer's responsibility to inspect all cartons and items to make sure that there is no visible damage or missing packages. If there is damage or missing packages, make sure to note it on the delivery receipt or bill of lading. Make sure to retain a copy for your records. If items are damaged or missing contact us immediately at 866-733-0698 so that we can arrange for replacements to be sent out.

Loading Dock - This service is available to companies that have a loading dock at their facility. This service is free!

Business Curbside - This service is available to commecial locations. The items will be brought to the closest curb and the customer will be responsible for unloading the items from the back of the freight truck. This service is free!

Business w/ Lift Gate - This service is available to commercial locations. The driver will unload the items from the back of the truck for you but you will be responsible for bringing them into the location. This service is an additional $50.

Residential Delivery - This service is available to residential (home) deliveries. The items will be delivered by a freight truck. The items will be brought down from the back of the truck for you but you will be responsible for bringing the items into the residence. This service is an additional $100.
