• This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser. Normal wear and tear is not covered under the warranty. Damage due to abuse, unintended use or beyond the normal and intended conditions in which the chair was manufactured will not be covered by this warranty. All shipping charges related to replacement parts are the responsibility of the purchaser.
