BusinessChairs.com ships all orders via Ground (FedEx and UPS) and LTL (Truck Freight). The type of shipment depends on the product size and/or order quantity. Our free LTL Truck shipping only includes dock to dock or curbside delivery. If your location does not have a loading dock you will be required to pull the items off the truck. Lift gate service and inside delivery are available for an additional charge, please contact customer service at 866-320-3031 or email info@businesschairs.com for all special freight quotes. Please note that once an order has shipped it can take up to 2-7 business days for delivery anywhere within the continental USA. BusinessChairs.com will send tracking informatin within 24 hours of your package(s) shipment.
